Node Requirements Change Policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which hosting credits will be provided in the event of changes in node requirements.

Definition of Node Requirements Change: A change in the node requirements refers to any modification in the technical specifications required for running a node, as determined by the hosting service provider. These changes may be made to maintain the mainnet's TPS (transactions per second) and overall performance.

Provision of Hosting Credits: In the event of a change in node requirements, customers will be provided with a hosting credit instead of a refund. The credit will be applied towards future hosting services provided by the hosting service provider.

No Refund for Node Termination: If a customer terminates their node for any reason, no refund will be provided. The customer will only be eligible for a hosting credit if the node requirements have changed and the customer chooses to continue using the hosting services.

No Credit for Node Funds Sale: If a customer sells their node funds, no hosting credit will be provided. The customer will only be eligible for a hosting credit if they continue to use the hosting services and the node requirements have changed.

Limitation of Liability: The hosting service provider will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from changes in node requirements or the provision of hosting credits.

This policy is effective as of the date of its publication and supersedes any prior policies or agreements regarding changes in node requirements and the provision of hosting credits. The hosting service provider reserves the right to modify this policy at any time and without prior notice.
